✨ OCTOBER STAFF SHOUTOUT! ✨

Continuing our first grade staff shoutouts for October—meet Mrs. Fredericks! 📚🍎

Mrs. Fredericks is celebrating her 21st year at Ed White, where she has loved teaching Kindergarten and First Grade! 🏫 Heart of a teacher! ❤️ As a First Grade teacher, she loves being a part of her students' lives and watching them grow as they progress through the grades! 🌟

She lives in Bettendorf with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Ellie! 👨‍👩‍👧 Their family also includes two rescue dachshunds who are very high maintenance, but so very loved! 🐾🐶

When she’s not in the classroom, Mrs. Fredericks loves reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, shopping, taking walks, and spending quality time with family and friends! 📚🧩🛍️🚶‍♀️ Her absolute favorite combo? Listening to an audio book while working on a puzzle! 🎧🧩

We are so lucky to have Mrs. Fredericks on our team! Let’s give her a big shoutout! ❤️

✨ OCTOBER STAFF SHOUTOUT! ✨

Kicking off our first grade staff shoutouts for October—meet Mrs. Crouse! 📚🍎

Mrs. Crouse is starting her 11th year in education and is a proud Master’s in Education graduate from the University of Northern Iowa! 🎓 Panther pride! 💜💛 As a First Grade teacher, she loves watching her students grow, especially seeing that magic moment when a student suddenly makes a connection or understands something challenging! 🌟

She lives in Davenport with her husband Alex and their two daughters, Marie (15) and Celia (13)! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Their family also includes an energetic German Shepherd who makes sure no one stays sitting down for too long! 🐕⚡

When she’s not in the classroom, Mrs. Crouse loves reading books, spending time outdoors, and watching her kids play volleyball and dance! 📚🌲🏐💃 She has also recently started learning to play the guitar, which has been a fun new challenge! 🎸🎶
