Seven of us enjoyed a wonderful September luncheon on the patio at The Rock Restaurant on September 14th. The weather cooperated, the food was good, and—best of all—we had a great time sharing our stories and catching up with one another.
We also received a very special and unexpected surprise! An anonymous someone from the restaurant generously paid for all seven of our lunches. What a wonderful act of kindness! We are very grateful and certainly enjoyed the surprise.
A big thank you to MaryAnn Riebe, our gracious host, who sent each of us home with a different colored cloth pumpkin to help us welcome the fall season. 🎃🍂
I’m enclosing a picture from our luncheon. It’s always good to see our Navy Nurse family together!
Until next time—stay well, stay connected, and enjoy the beginning of fall! ⚓🇺🇸🍁

🇺🇸 Today we join our nation in honoring our Vietnam War Veterans. Just as those who came before them and those who serve today, our U.S. Navy Vietnam War Veterans served their country with honor, courage and commitment.
