Ed was a resident of Unicoi County and served as ADEC in District 9 since 2021. He was instrumental in the progress of the Carter County ARES team development and its successes. Ed was active in the Carter County club, was a VE and Official Emergency Station appointee.

It was a privilege to work with Ed and he will be missed by all of us in Northeast Tennessee.

Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
