Sunshine Swim Center offers year round swimming programs. Weekday and weekend private and group less SSFC is a swim center located in east Elk Grove. ft.

Our wide range of programs has something for everyone. Adult lessons. Lessons for children, teens, and those with special needs. For the beginner and the advanced swimmer. We also offer American Red Cross Training and Day Camps for Kids. In addition, our Pool and Indoor Event Hall is available for rent. Host your next private party either on the pool deck or in our 2500 sq. event hall. We will here to help make your event one to remember.

💦🚨 WHAT IF YOUR CHILD FALLS INTO WATER WITH THEIR CLOTHES ON? 🚨💦

Accidental falls into water don't always happen when we're wearing swimsuits!

Clothes and shoes can make swimming feel different, which is why learning how to respond in an unexpected situation is so important. 🏊‍♂️

💙 Teach your swimmer these important safety steps:

1️⃣ STAY CALM – Try not to panic and focus on breathing.

2️⃣ FLOAT – Roll onto your back, if able, to help keep your face above water.

3️⃣ GET TO SAFETY – Move toward the nearest safe edge, exit, or reachable help.

4️⃣ GET OUT – Use the pool wall, ladder, or another safe exit.

⭐ REMEMBER: Clothes may feel heavy and restrict movement, but floating is still possible!
