What a day! There are far too many volunteers, sponsors, supporters, and players who helped make this event possible to thank everyone individually in this post.

These pictures don’t even begin to capture all the raffle prizes, auction items, games, and shenanigans that took place throughout the day. And, of course, we have to give a huge shoutout to everyone who kept us fueled: coffee supplied by Caffeine and Kilos, breakfast from Chick-fil-A, Inc., lunch from Raising Cane's, and an amazing dinner from Woodbridge Golf & Country Club. Because we all know the fuel plays a major role! ☕️🍗

Thank you again to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and support to make this event such a success. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

We’ll see you at the next one! 🚒 ⛳️

Today, members of the Cosumnes Fire Department came together in Sacramento to participate in the 9/11 Stair Climb, a powerful tribute to the firefighters and first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Each step is a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness displayed that day. As firefighters, we carry a deep responsibility to remember those who ran toward danger while others were running away. We honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who never came home, along with the countless police officers, EMS personnel, and civilians who lost their lives.

The Stair Climb is more than a physical challenge. It is an opportunity to carry their memory forward, to honor their families and their sacrifice, and to remind ourselves why we chose this profession in the first place. 🙏🏽

We remember. We honor. We carry the legacy forward.
