Congratulations to Mrs. Waltz! We’re so glad to have you on our team at Concord East Side Elementary!

Congrats to Concord East Side Elementary Teacher of the month Kari Waltz!!

Mrs. Waltz goes above and beyond to build meaningful connections with her ELL students. She meets students at their individual language levels, making learning accessible, engaging, and fun. Through humor, encouragement, and creative teaching, she helps students discover the joy of learning English and makes them excited to return to her classroom.

Mrs. Waltz has also stepped up to provide structure and consistency to our ELL program while supporting our schoolwide efforts, including assisting with DIBELS testing. Her willingness to jump in wherever needed, collaborate with colleagues, and bring positive energy to East Side makes her an incredible asset to our team.

We are truly blessed to have Mrs. Waltz at East Side! She exemplifies the Minuteman Mindset through her dedication to students, teamwork, creativity, and commitment to helping every child succeed.

Mrs. Waltz demonstrates that building relationships, celebrating growth, and creating a positive learning environment can make a lasting difference in students' lives. Her dedication to both her students and our school community deserves to be celebrated!

Our Concord 8th graders had an incredible opportunity to explore the many careers and opportunities within the manufacturing industry during Manufacturing Day!

Experiences like these help students connect what they’re learning in school to real-world careers and begin imagining what’s possible for their futures.

A big thank you to Brinkley RV and Horizon Education Alliance for investing in our students and helping them explore the possibilities ahead!
