Tomorrow is Halloween, which means our neighborhoods will be filled with little ghosts, superheroes, princesses, and plenty of excited trick-or-treaters!
Please use EXTRA caution, especially during evening hours.
-Slow down in residential neighborhoods
-Watch for children crossing between parked cars
-Put your phone away and focus on the road
-Be especially careful at intersections and driveways
Remember, excited kids don't always stop and look before crossing the street. That's why it's up to drivers to be extra alert. Halloween is the most dangerous day of the year for child pedestrian accidents and injuries in the United States.
Let's make sure the scariest thing about Halloween is the costumes, not the drive home!
