Just a heads up to all our fishermen! Our fish cleaning station will be winterized on October 15th 2026 as we get ready for the colder months ahead.

Charging up for your next adventure!
We have some exciting news Wild Horse State Recreation Area now has a new electric vehicle (EV) charger! The best part? No additional charge to use the EV charger beyond the regular park entry fee!

A quick update on Loop 2: The new electrical hook ups are not quite ready for use just yet, but work is underway! We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated as things progress.
