This Friday, October 2nd, we are cleaning out our donation trailer with the help of volunteers through Cecil Cares!

Every year, Volunteer Cecil hosts Cecil Cares, a 2-day event where you can join organizations in the community who are in need of volunteer service to help with projects around Cecil County. We are honored to be on the list for 2026!

If you've been keeping up with the Outpost on social media, you know we have been receiving TONS of donations, which is both essential to our mission and a unique challenge in our space. Cleaning out our donation trailer will enable us to free up much needed resources and space to help us finish 2026 strong 💪

We are still in need of volunteers for this project. If you've never volunteered with us before, this is a great way to jump in at the Outpost! You can learn more and register now at:

There is nothing wrong with chatting on the bus or watching videos on your phone, but it is important to be respectful to other people you share the space with. Make sure to keep volume low or use heaphones and refrain from discussing overly personal matters in crowded spaces. Not only is it respectful, it makes sure the driver can keep their focus on the road!
