🏛️ Washington voters deserve a Supreme Court that respects the ballot box instead of stripping away voter rights. 19-year incumbent Debra Stephens authored the decision to enforce the capital gains tax and led the court in striking down voter-passed Initiative 2066, wiping away voter protections for natural gas choice. Skipping judicial races on your ballot allows activist judges to keep their seats without accountability. Make sure to vote in every judicial race and choose Todd Bloom for Position 7 to bring common sense back to the bench.

Judge Larson wore the same robe for his first 15 years on the bench, in solidarity with taxpayers and with the people he saw in his courtroom. It kept him humble and grounded. He replaced it only when the cost of repair exceeded the cost of a new one.

The robe now hangs in a shadow box at Federal Way City Hall with this plaque.

🗳 Your vote matters, especially when it comes to who sits on our state's highest court. Theo Angelis was appointed straight from a corporate law firm by Bob Ferguson, instead of earning his seat through a public election. In contrast, Judge Dave Larson has served 18 years on the bench with a proven record of judicial restraint for Supreme Court Position 5. Take a look at this comparison and cast your ballot for common-sense experience over political appointments.

You are not powerless to combat the lies elected leaders and the media are telling about the initiatives. Things you can do today:

1. Find news stories on social media and fact check them in the comments. Tell people why you’re voting YES.

2. Text or call 10 friends/family members to remind them that they need to vote YES to repeal the income tax, protect girls’ sports, and strengthen parental rights. There is a lot of confusion around how to vote.

3. Change your profile picture to show your support.

4. Own a business? Have a reader board sign out front? Consider changing it to spread the message to vote YES! It’s common sense!
