Once a Knight, always a Knight! 💜💛✨

Members of the Ellington High School Class of 1966 returned home for a special reunion tour and football game! 🎓

It was an incredible day filled with nostalgia, and Knight pride as alumni walked the halls of EHS, reconnected with classmates, and saw how our school community continues to thrive.

Thank you, Class of 1966, for visiting and reminding us that no matter how many years pass, you are always part of the Ellington family! 🏰🙌

⚛ ⚽ Exciting classroom explorations! Our students are diving into an investigation of how the size of a kick impacts a ball's motion. They’re learning the importance of conducting a "fair test," which means keeping everything constant: same kicker, ball, surface, and measuring tools, while only changing ONE element: the kick! 🏃‍♂️💨

This hands-on activity highlights the significance of controlled variables, helping our students grasp what it takes to get reliable data! 📊 ✨ Watch our young scientists in action as they advocate for fair testing rules...curious minds at work!

💙 What a day to remember! 💙

A look back at Thursday’s special gymnasium dedication! Our Board of Education members joined us to celebrate the dedication of the Dale Wilson gymnasium, a meaningful moment for our school community and a wonderful way to honor Mr. Wilson’s impact on the Windermere community! 🏫

And the best part? This day was our first K-6 grade assembly in the brand new gym! Seeing the entire school community come together in this incredible new space made the day even more memorable! ✨🫍💙
