🎂 Cake Week is officially in the books! 🎂

Our first-year Culinary Arts students just wrapped up one of the sweetest milestones of the year! Every student baked, frosted, and decorated their very own cake from scratch—start to finish.

From mastering piping techniques to perfecting flavor and design, these rising chefs showed off incredible creativity and precision. We couldn't be prouder of their hard work! 🧁✨

🏎️ 700+ HP and Endless Opportunities! 🛠️

A huge thank you to the Eastern Maine Community College Automotive Technology program for hosting their annual Career Fair and Dyno Day!

Our HCTC Automotive Technology 2 students had an incredible day expanding their horizons in the automotive world! They made valuable industry contacts and learned about career pathways beyond wrenching, plus competed in some contests— complete with delicious Maine whoopie pies for prizes! 🧁For most of us, the standout moment was seeing an all-wheel-drive Dynamometer in action – hearing and feeling the roar of over 700 horsepower up close!

Throughout the day, our students had hands-on opportunities to connect directly with employers about tool assistance programs, technical equipment, and real-world career paths. To top it all off, we were thrilled to run into several HCTC Auto grads who are currently taking the next step in their education and careers!

Thank you again to Eastern Maine Community College for putting on an awesome event for our future technicians!
