The members of the Rotary Club of Ellwood City were extremely busy these past two weekends. On Sunday the 19th of April, at Lincoln High School, the Club sponsored the Tamburitzans of Pittsburgh to raise money for their scholarship fund. The Tamburitzans are the longest running multicultural song and dance company in the United States. On Saturday April 25th, they participated in the Earth Day celebration in Ewing Park Ellwood City. They provided crafts and nature journaling for kids and Representatives from Moraine State Park presented a program on bluebirds followed by bluebird house giveaways. Despite the rain it was a fun and informative day.
