The 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program at the Elm Grove Public Library has gotten a redesign!

Join Elm Bear the Park Ranger on a journey through our national parks as you read 1000 books with your child before they begin school. Each 100 books you read will take you to a new national park, complete with book recommendations, park-themed activities, and literacy tips. This program will set your child up for success in school and spark a lifelong love of reading!

Signing up is easy and all children who have not yet started kindergarten are eligible to participate. Register your child any time the library is open at the circulation desk. If you are already signed up and participating in the program, your participation status has not changed. You may continue using the materials you have, or stop in the library to receive the new materials.

More information can be found by visiting the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten page on our website: https://elmgrovewi.org/479/1000-Books-Before-Kindergarten
