From the Ralpho Township Police Department

List of Individuals with active warrants.
Individuals with active warrants will be provided an amnesty period from September 8th, 2026 to September 18th, 2026 to address the warrants without risk of incarceration.

After the amnesty period is over, a subsequent warrant sweep will commence at an unannounced date to detain those individuals with outstanding warrants.
Individuals with outstanding warrants will be taken into custody, processed, and transported to the Magistrates Office.

Individuals with any type of outstanding warrants are encouraged to report during normal business hours to Magistrates Cole’s Office located at 150 S Market St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851 or call 570-339- 2140.

Failure to address outstanding warrants may result in arrest, incarceration, community service and/or increased financial penalties.

The District Attorney’s office will prioritize repeat offenders and will seek incarceration for failure to address active warrants.

Playground carpet mulch/matting will be spread on Weds, 5/20 and Thurs, 5/21 (if necessary). Please be aware of the work and realize that the playground may be noisier and busier than normal.

🚧Ralpho Township Road Work🚧

Beginning Tuesday, 4/28 and continuing through next week, Pocahontas Ln and Hillside Ave will be paved. Please be aware of construction and avoid those areas if possible. Thank you!

Additional Street Sweeping will take place in Elysburg on Thursday, April 23 and in Sunnyside/Overlook on Friday, April 24.

If possible, please remove all vehicles and avoid parking along the streets in order to help us remove debris from the winter.

🚨🚨Beginning April 20, the Ralpho Township Playground will be undergoing renovations and equipment upgrades. Areas of the playground may be fenced off and unavailable during the next six weeks. Please stay clear of the construction areas as we work to complete these enhancements which are being funded through a state grant. Thank you! 🛝
