Through her educational and clincal experience, Noosha has built a strong foundation in which to work with clients. Noosha's theoretical orientation is existential/ humanistic, but she is also well experienced in CBT training which works well with clients who suffer from Anxiety and PTSD.

When you feel anxiety without knowing why, it’s because your body has been trained to stay on alert. Anxiety often starts with worrying thoughts that create anxious feelings, which then reinforce the thoughts. If this loop repeats enough, your body anticipates anxiety even without the thoughts, causing you to feel anxious for no reason.
