Join us Friday & Saturday, December 4th & 5th, 2026, from 6–9 PM for the 2026 Ericson Lake Trail of Lights! 🎅✨

Grab your family, round up your friends, bundle up, and head to beautiful Lake Ericson for an evening filled with Christmas magic! 🎄

🚜✨ Hop aboard a hayrack ride and travel through 30 acres of wooded trails transformed into a spectacular Christmas wonderland filled with twinkling lights, festive displays, and holiday spirit. Each ride lasts approximately 30 minutes and is sure to become a favorite holiday tradition!

While you wait for your ride, warm up around the fire with hot cocoa and delicious warm treats, and enjoy some time with family and friends. ☕🔥

🎅 SANTA IS COMING! 🎅
Santa and his helpers will be making their way down from the North Pole Friday night! He’ll be stopping by to visit with the kids, hear those Christmas wishes, and find out who’s been naughty or nice! 😉

Lake Ericson Fall Cleanup Weekend is October 17th & 18th 2026.
Grab your gloves, bring some tools and lets pitch in to get the jobs done.
Here is a list of items to get accomplished this year. We will have a list at the ELC Building, if you have time to knock any of these jobs out ahead of time please cross it off the list.

*Fix dock at boat ramp
*Take out swim ropes at the Beach
*Remove shade material for the sun shades for the winter
*Last Mowing / W**d eating before winter
*Finish Painting wooden picnic tables at campground
*Move Concrete Picnic tables to dam campground spots
*Clean out fire pits at campgrounds
*Fix sidewalk & header wall below dam
*Scoop off and clean up dirt & gravel on top of dam overlook
*Clean out designated ditches
*Trim Branches on road near beach hitting campers
*Trim branches along the trail
*Fill in couple holes along trail
*Push up tree pile better / move new piles on south side
*Put in post where conduit has been ran across trail
*Fill in washout over culvert near handicap dock
*Put up sign
*Put in post where electrical is ran across trail.
*Spread some grass seed in area between handicap dock and carousel
*Cut some firewood & put in tote for trail of lights
*Move items over from Connex to ELC Building

☀️🌊 Another successful Labor Day Weekend is in the books at Lake Ericson! 🌊☀️

As summer begins to wind down, the Lake Ericson community came together for one more weekend of fun in the sun, making memories with friends—both new and old!

🏈 Saturday, friends and neighbors gathered together to cheer on the Huskers as they celebrated a victory! ❤️🤍🏈

🦆 Sunday morning kicked off with our Annual Duck Races! Congratulations to this year's winners:

🥇 1st Place: Duck #46 — Josh Leslie
🥈 2nd Place: Duck #332 — Karmen Meysenberg
🥉 3rd Place: Duck #72 — Deb England
🏅 4th Place: Duck #330 — Karmen Meysenberg

⛳ Following the Duck Races, it was time for the 2nd Annual Putt-Putt Around the Lake! With plenty of sunshine for this year's round, 53 teams made their way around Lake Ericson, stopping at 11 different locations featuring fun, creative, and challenging golf holes!
