Playbook projects have been seeing unprecedented funding and momentum, so what is the Infinite Erie Playbook?
Think of it as Erie’s shared roadmap for progress—bringing together transformational projects, aligning partners, and helping move ideas into action. From housing and waterfront development to economic growth and workforce initiatives, the Playbook helps prioritize the projects that will shape Erie’s future. Because when communities work from the same vision, real momentum follows.

Erie’s momentum continues to build.
As Governor Josh Shapiro noted, the Trust Hotel project will breathe new life into a historic landmark, creating jobs, attracting visitors, and strengthening our region for years to come.
Combined with investments in the Bayfront Parkway, new economic development opportunities at McKean Business Park, and continued support for local businesses, these commitments reflect a shared vision for Erie’s future.
The future is bright, and together we’re building a stronger, more vibrant Erie for residents, businesses, and visitors alike. Check out the Infinite Erie Playbook guiding Erie’s development - https://infiniteerie.com/playbook/
