Some cases don't make the headlines, but the work behind them matters just as much. Detectives Inman and Bolash have been quietly doing exactly that, tackling Organized Retail Crime cases that resulted in multiple arrests and warrants this year.

Their efforts made such an impression on loss prevention partners at Victoria's Secret spanning four states that they were presented with a Challenge Coin and Certificate of appreciation right on the sales floor.

Thank you, Detectives Inman and Bolash! 💙

Let's congratulate Kyle Caldwell on his promotion to Sergeant with the Millcreek PD! Sergeant Caldwell has given 18 and a half years to this community.

Starting in patrol, he went on to serve 11 years on the SWAT team, became MPD's first training coordinator in 2023, took on the role of head fi****ms instructor in 2025, and was most recently appointed SWAT team commander.

Supervisor Kim Clear said it best: "He puts everything he has into this police department and this community as a whole. We're lucky to have him."

We couldn't agree more. Congratulations, Sergeant Caldwell, and thank you for your years of service to Millcreek.👏🏼

As we honor the men and women in law enforcement this , we're also proud to shine a spotlight on one of our own who exemplifies the dedication and professionalism that makes this profession so vital.

In late 2024, the MPD embarked on pursuing accreditation through the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (PLEAC). As the process unfolded, it became clear that one of the most critical areas of focus would be recovered property and evidence from intake and tracking to storage and compliance.

At the center of that work stood Sergeant Robert Bucko. As the supervisory officer assigned to our Evidence and Property Section, Sgt. Bucko took on the challenge head-on. He drafted policy, adjusted practices, and ensured our department met the rigorous standards required for accreditation — all while maintaining the day-to-day demands of his role.

His comprehensive understanding of evidence and property standards, his knowledge of best practices, and his tireless dedication have been absolutely central to our accreditation efforts.

It is our honor to recognize Sergeant Robert Bucko as our Employee of the Month for April 2026. Thank you, Sgt. Bucko, for your commitment to excellence and to the Millcreek community. 👏

Behind every badge is a person who chose this community, who woke up, put on the uniform, and said yes to whatever the day would bring. This week, we pause to recognize that choice and the weight it carries. 💙

To the men and women of the MPD and the families waiting at home for them — we see you, we appreciate you, and we are so grateful you are ours. Happy National Police Week! Thank you for keeping Millcreek safe!
