Today we celebrate International Women’s Day — a reminder that progress happens when women organize, lead, and lift each other up. 💜
At Women The Future, we believe the future is stronger, fairer, and more representative when women have a seat at every table.
From community leaders to advocates, mothers to mentors, candidates to change-makers, women are shaping the future every single day. And we’re just getting started.
Here’s to the women who came before us, the women leading today, and the girls who will lead tomorrow. ✨
Empowered women empower the world.

This Women’s History Month, we honor the women who demanded a seat at tables they were never meant to sit at — and we recognize something powerful:
We’re not waiting anymore.
We’re building the table.
Women are running. Women are organizing. Women are leading at every level — from school board to Congress — because our communities deserve leadership that reflects their strength, resilience, and vision.
At Women the Future PAC, we are committed to recruiting, supporting, and electing women who will protect rights, expand opportunity, and shape a future that works for all of us.
The future isn’t something we wait for.
It’s something we build.

Last night, more than 75 community members came together with Women: The Future PAC for one reason: to build political power and elect more women leaders.
The momentum is undeniable. When women organize, invest in one another, and step forward to lead — we win. In fact, 8 out of 9 Women: The Future–endorsed candidates won their elections last year, proving that supporting women candidates isn’t symbolic — it delivers results.
A special thank you to Mayor Daria Devlin and County Executive Christina Vogel for joining us and sharing their leadership, insight, and vision for our communities. Seeing women leading at the highest levels locally reminds us exactly why this work matters.
Women make up more than half the population, yet too many decision-making tables remain overwhelmingly male. That’s why we’re organizing. That’s why we’re endorsing. That’s why we’re winning.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, filled the room, and is helping power the next generation of women leaders.
The future isn’t waiting — we’re electing it. ✊

I was honored to speak last night at Women the Future's "From Vision to Victory" event at alongside County Executive Christina Vogel. It was powerful to reflect on the journey of our campaigns and the lessons learned along the way that will continue to shape who we are as leaders.
More than anything, I felt gratitude. Erie County continues to show what’s possible when women build community, support one another, and run to make a difference. The momentum is real, and we’re just getting started. 🗳💜

Sorry we missed the speech — we were busy building power. 💪
In 2025, Women The Future PAC endorsed 9 women for local office — 8 of them won. That’s not a coincidence. That’s what happens when women invest in women.
Research consistently shows that women candidates are just as qualified and electable as men — but they’re significantly more likely to run and win when they have early funding, strong networks, and visible support from other women.
When women support women:
✨ More women run.
✨ More women win.
✨ Policies better reflect families and communities.
We’re not waiting for change. We’re electing it. 💗

Women are 51% of the population — yet they hold just 28% of seats in the U.S. House, 26% in the U.S. Senate, and 33% of state legislative seats.
Representation matters.
Democracy works best when it looks like the people it serves.
Parity isn’t radical. It’s overdue.
