Marlie

My beautiful Appaloosa girl, Clown’s Magical Girly Girl, out of Snowmass Matrix Joy and Picasso’s Peruvian Spotted Clown (Harlequin), gave birth to a beautiful female cria about 4 weeks ago and she was a whopping 18.5 pounds. I named her Marlie. I have not registered her yet so I will attach her dam’s ARI certificate. Marlie gained over 5 pounds in about a week! She’s very spunky and her best friend is a yearling llama. Pictures of Marlie will be in the next post.

I big shout out to say that I’m back in the alpaca business after 4.5 years. I was successful with getting most of my beautiful 19 alpacas sold summer 2017 to include my top harlequin herd sires and most of my very nice Snowmass/Ringo Cloud adult females and five beautiful cria. I heart-felt thank you to Doug and Sheila Braun who were instrumental in making this happen and are my new partners. More photos to come.

Teresa and Isabella are gorgeous dark silver grey girls. Teresa is half sister of Ringo Cloud (same sire....Orlando Cloud). Isabella has less common Canadian genetics on her sire's side and Shaquille (sold for over $300,000 several years ago at an annual Magical Farms Auction) on her dam's side. Her cria, Black Rock, is gorgeous. His sire is an Aussie Rockford son. Pay close attention to these alpacas and their future offspring!!

We met these lovely people via their son Rusty who was at our farm with Jay Mariacher for this year's shearing.
