As Division Chief of Operations for the Wildland Division, Kelly brings 8 years with Capstone and more than three decades in the fire service to lead a complex, multi-faceted operation. He oversees CFR/PUC contracts, scheduling, Wildfire Home Protection (WHP), HCA partnerships, and Alaska hand crews supporting BLM contracts—ensuring each area operates with efficiency, coordination, and a steadfast commitment to safety.

With a career defined by service and operational excellence, Kelly plays a key role in strengthening Capstone’s ability to deliver trusted, high-quality fire and safety solutions across every environment we serve.
