Good morning! Today is October 08, 2026. I just wanted to let everybody know that we have been receiving a lot of calls that they have not received their bill this month. I would like everybody to know that all bills went out on September 30th 2026, so it looks like the Post Office is up to it again. If you have not received your bill, you can call the office and they can let you know what it is over the phone, we also encourage you to use express bill pay. You can also sign up to receive email bills through Express Bill Pay so that as soon as we release the bills, you will get an email. This is just a reminder that all bills go out on or before the 1st of the month, they are due by the 15th. After the 15th, you will receive a late fee and a late notice, giving you until the 24th to pay your bill. After the 24th, you will be subject to disconnect, not receiving a bill does not relieve your obligation to pay on time. At EMW Gas, we understand that life happens and unexpected financial hardships can arise. To ensure our customers continue receiving service, EMW Gas pays your natural gas bill in advance. However, those charges must be repaid according to your account agreement.

If your account becomes past due and payment is not made, we are required to disconnect your gas service. In addition to the past-due balance, any applicable disconnect and reconnect fees will be the customer's responsibility.

We also want to make it clear that threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward our office staff or field employees will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Our employees deserve to work in a safe and respectful environment while serving our customers.

Customers who threaten or intimidate EMW Gas employees may have their meter removed, and EMW Gas reserves the right to permanently refuse future gas service where permitted by law.
We appreciate the many customers who pay on time and treat our team with respect.

If you're experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our office as early as possible. We're always willing to discuss your account before it reaches the point of disconnection.

EMW GAS is expanding its field staff and has one opening. Job duties include but not limited to running gas services, mains, completing work orders and all other duties as assigned. Full benefits are paid for by EMW after a successful probationary period with PERA retirement. Must be motivated, a self starter and be able to work with little to no supervision. Must be drug free and pass a background check. Email Resume to the General Manager, [email protected] or drop them off at the EMW Gas main office, 416 5th st Estancia NM. We will start doing interviews on or around May 15th.

Note: You must live in our gas system, pay will depend on your knowledge of natural gas. We work 10hr days with 3 day weekends. All employees are subject to call 24/7.
