Aloha Summer!🌺

If you're missing our wings events, you're missing out on some serious girlfriend time and connections! This month, we said goodbye to summer with spa treatments from the Spa at Personal Choice. From toes in the pool to massages in the garden, it was a perfect day of relaxation and fun! Can't wait for a Re-Do! Who wouldn't want to relive such a wonderful experience! 💅🏼

It was a BEAUTIFUL day for Pilates in the Rose Garden.
Ingomar's very own, Angelique Velazquez, founder of Vida Sana, led nearly 50 ladies and and gentleman in mat exercise, in the fresh air and sunshine.
We also welcomed Robin Bantz, a reciprocal club member from Caltech Pasadena! She was welcomed and worked out with Ingomar's member, Michele Rieke.
A perfect reminder not to forgot to use our reciprocal clubs when traveling!
