8th grade science concluded Chemical Reactions & Energy just before fall break. Monday, students wrote letters to an 8th grade students brother currently deployed in Jordan. Students wrote what they learned about an MRE flameless heater (being a unit phenomenon) along with words of encouragement, and some fun treats for Ryan to enjoy!

Students also got to taste test an MRE meal as a reward for their great work and focus during the unit.

Thank you to PHMS PTA for sponsoring the shipping cost for this precious package!
