🐾 YOUR DOLLARS IN ACTION 🐾
Because of the generosity of our donors and supporters, the Snohomish County K9 Foundation was able to fully fund the attendance of K9 Riggs’ handler and K9 Dico’s handler at the national HITS K9 Conference in Arizona.
HITS—Handler Instruction & Training Seminar—is a national law enforcement K9 conference that brings together handlers, trainers, supervisors, legal experts, researchers, and other K9 professionals from across the country.
The conference provides advanced education focused on real-world K9 deployments, tactics, legal updates, emerging research, leadership, decision-making, courtroom testimony, and the long-term performance of working K9 teams.
This is what your support makes possible.
By investing in advanced training opportunities like HITS, you help bring nationally recognized instruction and current best practices back to the law enforcement K9 teams serving our communities.
A better-trained handler means a safer, more effective K9 team—and greater safety for fellow officers and the public.
Thank you to everyone who donates, attends our events, supports our fundraisers, and believes in our mission. Your dollars are directly strengthening K9 teams throughout Snohomish County.
