**CHELSEA FOUND***

This very sick and emaciated dog was found in the gutter on Eastern Avenue by a wonderful young woman who was driving by, and saw a struggling dog surrounded by kids trying to help it.
Thankfully the Good Samaritan wrapped her in a blanket, and called Chelsea Pd.
Everett is currently handling all Chelsea animal cases and this dog was immediately taken into custody.
At this time she is doing well and receiving care.

* If anyone knows who this dog may belong to please call Everett Police Dispatch 617 387 1212 or email [email protected] reference case # 974029
