While Lionville Park will remain our primary hub for organized sportss,Rossi Park is envisioned as a relaxing, multi-generational counterpart focused on nature and community gathering.

LIONVILLE STATION ROAD: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING

The Uwchlan Township Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting to consider and potentially take action on:

• A Zoning Amendment Proposal to establish a Planned Residential Development (PRD) -1 Zoning Overlay on the property known as Lionville Station Road
• A Tentative Planned Residential Development Plan consisting of 492 homes, more than 100 acres of open space, and a natatorium (swimming pool) and nature trail.

The Board will decide whether to approve the Zoning Amendment and render a decision on the Tentative Planned Residential Development.

When: Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 7:00pm
Where: 715 N. Ship Road. Exton PA 19341

Township Supervisors, Larasz Moody and Bill Miller, attended the recent announcement by Governor Shapiro for Pennsylvania’s Agriculture Strategic Plan - a 10-year roadmap to strengthen and get more people working in the industry.

The event was hosted at Milky Way Farm here in Uwchlan Township!

ROAD WORK: W DEVON DRIVE 10/22/26
There will be milling and paving work on W. Devon Drive between Calvary Lane and Deep Willow Drive.

When: Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 7:30am until work is complete.

The road will be open but please expect traffic delays. We encourage motorists to use alternative routes for travel if possible.

ROAD CLOSURE: DEEP WILLOW DRIVE 🚫
Deep Willow Drive will be closed for repaving between W. Devon Drive and Woodland Drive.

• When: From Monday, 10/19/2026 until works are complete
• Time: 6am - 5pm

Residents will maintain access to their homes, however, we encourage you to park on W. Devon Drive while works are in progress, if possible.

Motorists should plan alternative routes for travel. 🛻

FIRE PREVENTION OPEN HOUSE TONIGHT!

Come join us for our Annual Fire Prevention Open House!

Thursday, October 15, from 6 to 8 PM, the Lionville Fire Company is opening our doors to the community. Stop by for live demos, check out our fire trucks along with emergency vehicles from other local agencies, enter the kids' coloring contest, and enjoy some light food and refreshments.

This year's Fire Prevention Week theme is "Charge into Fire Safety: Safe Charging Is a Superpower," focused on safe charging habits for phones, e-bikes, scooters, and other battery-powered devices. Come pick up a few tips to keep your family safe.
