Fairborn Fire Department

10/16/2026

On October 4th, the Fairborn Fire Department hosted Public Safety in the Park. This was our fourth year bringing public safety agencies, city departments, and other organizations together for an afternoon in Community Park.

Thank you to everyone who came out to explore the vehicles and equipment, enjoy the demonstrations, and even grab a photo with Sparky! We hope you had a great time.

A special thank you to all of the agencies, organizations, and departments that brought displays, demonstrations, and informational tables. Your participation helped showcase the many services and resources available in our area.

We appreciate the tremendous support and look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Our Cadets continue to make progress as they learn more about EMS and the fire service.

Recently, they volunteered at Public Safety in the Park, where they did an outstanding job assisting with the event and representing their program. It was a great opportunity for the community to see firsthand how dedicated they are.

The Cadets have also been participating in hands-on training, while continuing their classroom instruction. In addition, ride-alongs have begun, giving them even more real-world experience.

We're proud of their hard work, and look forward to watching them continue to thrive!
