Happy to partner with this incredible organization for another year of Thanksgiving food distributions! 🍗❤

🦃 HAMILTURKEY IS BACK FOR YEAR FOUR!

What started four years ago as a community effort to provide Thanksgiving meals for 700 neighbors has grown into something incredible. Last year, together, we served 8,000 people. This year, our goal is 10,000!

Thanks to our friends at Shared Harvest Foodbank, we already have 2,000 turkeys committed!

❤️ Just $50 provides a complete Thanksgiving meal kit for a family of four. We’re also preparing and delivering hot meals and hosting community Thanksgiving dinners throughout Hamilton.

Through more than 20 local partner organizations and the support of the Hamilton Community Foundation's HAHA Special Projects Fund, we’re working together to ensure our neighbors can share in the joy of Thanksgiving.

Who knew that casual Fridays could turn into meals for our community?

Peoples Bank hosts an annual, company-wide campaign called "Jeans for Hunger"👖where employees can opt in to wear jeans every Friday in exchange for a financial donation to Shared Harvest Foodbank. Last year's campaign brought in $5,000 for our organization!

We think this idea is truly jean-ius as it combines staff engagement, corporate giving, AND community support. 🧠 🌟 What is a more perfect combo?

Thank you to all the employees at Peoples Bank. Every time you put on a pair of jeans before heading to work on Friday, know that your contribution helps ensure members of our community get the essential food access they need!

We're absolutely nutty over our generosity with Kroger's peanut butter sale last week! Your donations helped provide extra jars to The Village Food Pantry and other Shared Harvest partner agencies. You butter believe you made an impact for neighbors across our community. Thank you! 🫶

The Village Food Pantry sincerely appreciates Westside Kroger in Hamilton for their generous contribution during Hunger Awareness Month!

Thanks to Kroger customers' kindness and generosity, three shopping carts filled with peanut butter were donated to the Village Food Pantry to support neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

We extend a special thank-you to Angie, Pam, Terrie, and Sam from Westside Kroger, pictured alongside our Executive Director, Pam Benson.

Peanut butter is a staple for the families we serve, providing a convenient, nutritious source of protein.
