💚 Thank you, Vegetable Man Day! 💚

A huge thank you to the Mothboys for including us in the festivities and allowing us to be a part of such a fun and unique event, to the Frank & Jane Gabor West Virginia Folklife Center for opening your doors to us, and to everyone who stopped by our table, picked up naloxone, learned something new, or simply took a moment to connect.

Events like this give our peers the opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds, communities, and interests in spaces where conversations can happen naturally. Recovery, harm reduction, education, and support don’t belong in just one setting—they belong wherever people are. 💜

Education and understanding are how we begin to break down the barriers created by stigma. Sometimes what we don’t know or understand can feel scary—but it doesn’t have to be. When we create opportunities to ask questions, learn from one another, and have conversations without judgment, we replace fear with understanding and stigma with connection.

💜 Different interests. Different experiences. Different walks of life. One community. 💚

SAVE A LIFE DAY 2026

Our staff are out across West Virginia today helping make lifesaving resources more accessible to their communities.

Transition Agent Abigail Pritt is set up in Fairmont at the Whitehall Pharmacy, providing free naloxone (Narcan) and connecting community members with resources and support.
