Are you an experienced behavioral health professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join the Steppingstone team as a Clinical Supervisor and help lead a team dedicated to providing quality, trauma-informed care!

In this role, you’ll provide clinical and staff supervision, oversee consumer progress and clinical documentation, support crisis intervention, and help ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. You’ll also play an important role in staff development, program operations, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the individuals we serve.

💰 Salary: $91,758 to $95,428
🎓 Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling, or a related field
📋 Licensed LMHC or LICSW required
💙 Minimum of 5 years of counseling experience in behavioral health or a related field
👥 Minimum of 3 years of leadership and management experience

Danielle from our Project FAIHR team recently attended a su***de awareness and prevention training hosted by New Bedford Community Connections, Child & Family Services, Southcoast Behavioral Health Hospital, and United Way of Greater New Bedford.

The training provided an opportunity to learn and practice how to have difficult conversations, share valuable resources, and connect with others who are committed to supporting the well-being of our community.

In this role, you’ll assist with financial reporting, budgeting, account management, cash flow monitoring, audits, and state and federal financial reporting.

💰 Salary: $63,204–$65,732 per year
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a concentration in Business preferred

Our Peer 2 Peer Recovery Coach Project and Peer 2 Peer Recovery Support Center teams were proud to attend MOAR - Massachusetts Organization for Addiction Recovery's 6th Annual Recovery Month Celebration Day in Boston!

And we have even more exciting news… 🏆🎉 Our Peer 2 Peer Recovery Support Center won the Statewide Recovery Month Challenge Trophy for the THIRD consecutive year!

We’re incredibly proud of our team and grateful to be part of a community that celebrates recovery, connection, and the many pathways to wellness.
