NAS FALLON FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES JOINS FALLON VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT VISITING OASIS ACADEMY FALLON,

NAS Fallon Fire and Emergency Services along with Fallon’s volunteer fire dept recently visited Oasis Academy to provide life and fire safety education to students in kindergarten, first, and second grades.

The interactive presentations gave the young students a hands-on look at fire gear and emergency vehicles while teaching them critical safety habits.

During the visit, the crews walked students through the importance of smoke detectors, making an escape plan, and what to do in an emergency. To help ease any fears about emergencies, firefighters demonstrated how they look and sound when wearing their full protective gear, showing the children that they are there to help.

The following crew members participated in the safety demonstrations and are featured in the event!
