We'll get you on the road or water pretty quickly with whatever proof of registration you need! Motor Vehicle Services include MN license plates, personalized plates, Collector and Critical Habitat plates. Show your support for our Troops in any branch of the service with Special Plates. Update your car registration annually by the end of the month indicated on your plate. Transfer your vehicle title or get a new MN Title for your car. Get proper registration for that boat trailer you've been using. DNR services will get you on the trails or water in minutes. Register all boats, ATV's or snowmobiles through our office. The process is quick and you'll leave the office with DNR registration and tags in just a few minutes. Don't forget our Driver Licensing Services. Whether you need a MN picture ID, Instruction Permit or Driver License renewal, our staff we get you out the door with proper ID in just a few minutes. No problem. Micromobility devices like e-bikes and e-scooters are growing in popularity right now -- but so are the safety concerns. These aren't toys. They're regulated under state law, and riders (including kids, teens, and their parents) are responsible for knowing and following these laws.

Rosemount Police is increasing enforcement and issuing citations as needed to keep everyone safe. If you own a device like this or are thinking of purchasing one, take a minute to understand the rules, responsibilities, and risks. Talk to your kids and make sure they get it.

New options for your hunting and fishing licenses!

You can continue to count on us to license your ATVs, boats and Snowmobiles.

Minnesota DNR's new electronic licensing system launches June 9! 📆

The DNR is rolling out a modern licensing system replacement that is built for today's customers and technology. Phase one of the launch in June will include the hunting and fishing modules. 🤳

The new system offers more flexibility than ever — three ways to buy a license (mobile app, online, or in-person from a license agent) and three ways to carry it (paper, PDF, or stored in the app). 📱

As part of this transition, hunting and fishing licenses will be temporarily unavailable for purchase between June 2 - 8 as we switch over to the new system. During that time, people may fish without a license in Minnesota. All regulations for the season and bag limits will remain in effect. On June 9, fishing licenses will again be required and you will be able to purchase them through the new system. 🎣

Turkey hunters need to register their harvest before end of day (11:59 pm) June 1. They will be unable to register their harvest during the transition/cutover period. 🦃

For now, nothing changes for those needing to register or title recreational vehicles and watercraft. That module of the new system will launch at a later date. 🚤
