To clarify on the publication in the Dyersville Commercial, we are NOT changing anything to the golf cart/utv codes. We are simply updating our city traffic codes to include recent additions to state code under traffic and UTV laws, AND we are requesting that the alley between the Post Office and Thirsty Goat change to a one way designated alley, which would only allow traffic to travel westbound, for safety purposes. It was brought to our attention today on the publication vagueness, so we just thought we would answer your questions now. Thanks.

RAGBRAI is officially underway! We can’t wait to help wrap up the ride to the finish on Saturday morning! Our downtown businesses have been busy preparing good eats, good drinks and good music for all of our visitors. Farley residents, head downtown to have fun and welcome riders.

Here is our official map including vendor areas, first aid, photo opps, road closures and more.

*Not pictured: Water stations will be north of town coming in and heading out of town on the corner of 5th St SE and 1st NE.

No parking will begin at 2 AM and road closures at 4:30 AM Saturday, July 25th.

If any citizens were a witness to the impaired driving of a white 4 door westbound on HWY 20 between Peosta & Farley on Thursday June 18 around 455pm, and are willing to be an identifiable witness, please call the Farley PD at 563.744.3273. One of our off duty officers was able to get the vehicle stopped before someone was injured.

After a week of nice weather, this is awkward...... SNOW EMERGENCY will be in effect on Friday February 20th from 4am until 12pm. No parking on any street during this time. Parking is available in the city lots on 1st Street and behind the municipal building.
