🗳️ Ensuring Election Security & Accuracy in Davis County!

Transparency and security are at the core of everything we do. Today, our office conducted our official Pre-Election Logic and Accuracy (L&A) Test to ensure our voting equipment and tabulation systems are 100% prepared and accurate ahead of the upcoming election.

We were pleased to have Davis County Treasurer Matt Brady join us to observe and participate in the testing process! Inter-departmental collaboration and public observation help guarantee that every valid vote cast in Davis County is counted exactly as intended.

What is Logic & Accuracy Testing?

Test Ballots: We run a pre-audited deck of test ballots representing every potential contest through our tabulation equipment.
Verification: We confirm that the machinery accurately reads every mark and tallies the exact expected outcome.

IMPORTANT ELECTION NOTICE

Kaysville City has decided to remove this question from the ballot, votes cast for this issue will not be counted.

NOTICE: Kaysville Fire Station Bond Election Cancelled

The Kaysville City Council has cancelled the November 3, 2026, fire station bond election.

Please Note: The fire station bond proposition will still appear on ballots that have already been printed and are scheduled to be mailed early next week. However, votes cast on this proposition will not be counted.

This cancellation does not affect any other items on the November 3 ballot.
