Special thanks to our guest teacher, Stephene, and our volunteer, Branson, who made us some delicious mocktails to sip on! Enjoy these pictures of our amazingly talented patrons and their creations. Be on the lookout for our next Paint and Sip event!

These books have been targeted or removed in different schools or libraries across the country. Here are the most challenged books for the year of 2025.

Banned Book Week is October 4th-October 10th this year. Stop by the library and visit our Banned Book display during this week and see if you win our book guessing game. Entries with the most correct answers will be entered into a chance to win a prize.

It’s back to school time once again! And we at the Farmington Public Library believe that kids shouldn’t be the only ones lucky enough to learn new things! Every week in September, we’ll be rolling out eight books on various subjects to spark your interest and encourage you to keep learning, no matter your age!

This week, we’re getting existential and thinking deep thoughts with eight books for the casual philosopher!

All of these titles can be viewed from our online catalog.
