Do you believe that birds are fake?

Well now you can do your own research!

At the Fayette Community Library, in the Library of Things, we have three - count them - three Birding Bags! You and two of your friends can check these bags out and head to the nearest park - we suggest Klock's Island - to take a gander at...well, some ganders!

*Note: All items in the Library of Things can be checked out for the standard 2 week period.*

Shaun Reisner returned to the Fayette Community Library Saturday for the 3rd installment in his Guided Painting Tutorials - The Details.

He taught us how to bring more details out of the clouds, how to bring the foreground to life with trees and rocks, and how simple it is to turn one boulder into three or four smaller, more detailed rocks.

โฌ‡ If you haven't seen the livestream, it is a little further down the timeline.

During the tutorial we were graced with the presence of Shaun's two younger girls. They really put themselves into their paintings!

Shaun's next and last installment of his Guided Painting Tutorials will be November 14th at 2pm in the Community Room. He will be discussing how to finish a painting.
