🚨Traffic Safety Thursday🚨

A speeding ticket is more than a consequence. It's a second chance. Sure, tickets are inconvenient, but they make you think twice before speeding again. And when you follow the speed limit, you're helping save lives.
Speeding slows you down.

📚✏️ Back to School Reminder ✏️📚
As the new academic year commences, it is essential that we prioritize school safety.
A few key reminders:
🚗 Exercise caution in school zones, paying attention to crosswalks, school signs, and pedestrians.
🚌 Familiarize yourself with bus stop regulations
Flashing red lights and an extended stop arm indicate a bus has stopped; never bypass a stationary school bus.
🚦 Car rider lines require patience and attention
Refrain from passing and follow staff instructions to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
🚘 Anticipate increased morning traffic
Plan ahead to avoid rushing and potential frustration.
👀 Be vigilant and watch out for children
They may be crossing roads, waiting at bus stops, or navigating between vehicles; remain alert and cautious.
Let us work together to ensure a safe environment for all.

🚨Traffic Safety Thursday🚨
Your speed impacts everyone on the road. Stay within the speed limit and protect lives.

On Tennessee roads in 2023, speeding-related crashes were over 5 times more likely to result in a fatality than non-speeding crashes.
