While sanctuary politicians like Mayor Mamdani insist on releasing criminal illegal aliens back onto the streets, ICE is out arresting them to keep New York communities safe.
The patriots of ICE arrested these criminal illegal aliens in New York, including kidnappers, pedophiles, rapists, and other violent criminals:
- Anderson Smith Sisalima Gualan, an illegal alien and Latin Kings gang member from Ecuador, was convicted of felony assault and has pending charges for cruelty toward a child and contempt of court.
- Marcos Antonio Pandy-Castillo, a Crips gang member and illegal alien from Honduras, was convicted of criminal mischief: intent to damage property and has pending charges for murder - intention, assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon, assault with intent to cause disfigurement/dismember, gang assault 1st degree, two counts of assault with intent to cause physical injury with weapon, assault while confined in a correctional facility, and criminal possession of weapon.
- Francis Omar Ramirez Lopez, an illegal alien and Tren de Aragua terrorist group member from Guatemala, has convictions for sexual assault and illegal reentry with pending charges for DUI and illegal reentry.
- Dimeir Cruz-Velasquez, an illegal alien and Tren de Aragua terrorist group member from Venezuela, was convicted of attempted criminal sale of fi***rm-3rd degree: sale to unauthorized person and criminal possession of a fi***rm - possessing a fi***rm with pending charges including felony weapon possession, menacing, harassment, aggravated harassment, communicating a threat, forcible touching — touch sexual/intimate part of another person, sexual abuse, and driving without a license.
- Yung Ho Lo, an illegal alien from China, has convictions for kidnapping and attempted robbery.
- Jefferson Avimael Mendoza-Sifuentes, an illegal alien from Guatemala, was convicted of sexual misconduct - having in*******se with another without consent.
- Wilson Omar Santos Paz, an illegal alien from Honduras, has convictions for indecent assault on a person less than 13 years of age, unlawful contact with a minor sexual offenses , as well as felony illegal reentry.
- Juan Jose Morales-Colindres, an illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted of assault 3rd degree: with intent to cause physical injury and r**e 3rd degree and pending charges for r**e 3rd degree-act in manner injure child less than 17, criminal contempt 2nd degree, criminal possession controlled, and multiple criminal possession of controlled substances.
- Germis Arquimides Santos Santos, an illegal alien from El Salvador, convicted of attempted course of sexual conduct in the second degree: actor over 17, two or more acts on a child under 13.
- Angel Agusto De Leon, an illegal alien from Belize, was convicted of act in manner injure child less than 17 and sexual abuse 1st: sexual contact with individual less than 11 years old.
