UPDATE: The water sample from yesterday's main break on Hwy. TT is SAFE. The Precautionary Boil Advisory is no longer in effect. Thank you for your patience!

NOTICE: Our crews are repairing a water main break on State Rd TT just south of our water tanks (13487 State Rd TT). As a result of this, low or no water pressure may have affected residents in that area including State Road TT, Shannon Drive, Danby Road and Drury Road. The water main has been repaired and pressure is returning. Due to the loss of pressure, we are required to issue a Precautionary Boil Advisory for water consumption. We will update again when we have a safe sample from the state lab.

UPDATE: We received a call from the state lab this afternoon notifying us that the water sample is SAFE. The Precautionary Boil Advisory is therefore removed. Thank you for your patience.

NEWS TO NOTE - Customers may notice there is an additional line item on the bill this month. The Primacy fee is charged this time every year. The Missouri Primacy Fee is a state-mandated fee collected by public water systems and passed to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. It funds essential services like drinking water contaminant testing, system inspections, and compliance oversight to ensure safe, clean drinking water for residents. It is only collected one-time a year and will be removed from the bill next month.
