We are so great full for such a supportive political delegation. Time and time again, they continue to surprise us with monies that we turn around and put right back in the community. Thank you so much to Senator John J. Cronin and State Representative Mike Kushmerek for believing in the FRA!

Yesterday, State Representative Mike Kushmerek and I met with Fitchburg Redevelopment Authority Executive Director Meagen Donoghue to discuss the future of Fitchburg’s Downtown Urban Renewal District and present $1 million in funding from this year’s state budget for downtown housing projects. This brings the total amount of state economic development funding this year to more than $10 million dollars for the City of Fitchburg.

We’re fighting every day to spur housing development and build a revitalized and vibrant Downtown to anchor the region.

We know this is a long-shot, but there are 2 cars parked where the Food Truck Festival is setting up for the day -- a black honda accord and a blue VW Golf. If you one of them is yours or you know of the person who parked there, can they please be moved ASAP. Thank you!
