On Wednesday, the City of Flint’s Downtown Development Authority (DDA) announced that it will temporarily close the Riverfront Parking Ramp at the corner of Beach and Kearsley Streets in Downtown Flint. We do not have a return-to-service date for the ramp at this time. 🚨 Need help with rent or utility bills? 🚨

The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program has funding available for eligible households experiencing financial hardship.

🏠 Available in eligible service areas only. Due to grant requirements, this program is not available for residents of the City of Flint, City of Clio, Village of Otter Lake, or Village of Lennon.

📞 Call the Hotline: 810-768-4675 (Tuesday–Thursday starting at 8:30 a.m.) to complete a screening and see if you qualify.

Not eligible for ESG? Call our hotline anyway! We may be able to connect you with other programs and resources that can assist you.
