Town of Flomaton – Community Announcement
Good morning, Flomaton!
I’m reaching out to ask for the community’s help with a volunteer workday at the Flomaton Cemetery this Saturday, October 24th, beginning at 8:00 AM.
Following the recent storm, several trees and limbs were blown down at the cemetery, and we need some helping hands to get everything cleaned up. If you’re willing to volunteer, we would greatly appreciate your time and help. Please bring any yard tools, rakes, or chainsaws you may have available.
This would also be a great opportunity for our local sports teams and high school students to get involved in community service. It’s a chance to give back to the town that supports them, work together as a team, and take pride in making a difference right here at home.
If you can’t make it Saturday morning, you can still help by stopping by one evening this week and piling limbs along the roadside so they can be picked up Saturday.
Let’s come together and show our pride in the Town of Flomaton. Every helping hand makes a difference, and when we work together, we can accomplish so much for our community.
Thank you to everyone willing to give their time and lend a hand. Your support is greatly appreciated! Please like and share to help get the word out.
God bless you, and God bless Flomaton!
