Florence Township Fire Department Firefighters on Wednesday night September 30th performed the 3rd quarter live fire training for 2026 at the Burlington County Emergency Services Training Center.

Firefighters trained on the following:
- Thermal Imaging Cameras Tactical operations during live fire.
- The use of a pressurized water extinguisher to control and isolate a fire during search for trapped occupants.
- Fire attack of a basement fire from the basement entrance.

Frequent live fire training sharpens the skills firefighters need to protect the residents of Florence Township.
