All joking aside, we love a game of 20-questions, especially when it's being played because a kid doesn't want to leave the bookmobile 📚🚌🩷

This week, October 18 - 24, is National Friends of Libraries Week!
We are so incredibly lucky to have the Friends of Florence County Library supporting us and helping to make the work we do here possible.

Most people know our amazing Friends host the bookshops and book sales throughout the year, but that's just scratching the surface of everything they contribute. If you enjoy books and audiobooks on Libby, you can thank our Friends. If you have fun at our adult and childrens programs, they help us get the supplies we need to make them happen. If you've been to one of the author events or book signings hosted here, those are Friends-sponsored events. They do so much to support us and help ensure we can offer our community the books, services, and programs they love.

If the work they do sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, check out their website here to learn more about making a donation or becoming a member: https://friends-of-fcl.square.site/

Our teens have been creating so many fun autumnal projects this month! 🎃

Teen Craft Club made their own "fall in a jar" using items found in nature, air-dry clay, fake moss, and tiny objects. Then, Teen Art Club had their annual pumpkin painting party, where they decorated their own tiny pumpkins with acrylic paint.

We can't wait to see what they'll create in November!🍂

Good morning! We've just added new e-books and audiobooks to our Jasmine Digital Library. This is (largely) a small press/self-published week. We'll have the big new releases next Tuesday. All of these titles are now available on the website and within the Libby app.
