Rosenbaum House

The current roof at the Rosenbaum House was installed during the restoration in 2000 and has held up very well. Unfortunately, it appears the roof decking is starting to fail and needs to be replaced, requiring a tear down of the existing membrane.
We are grateful for the opportunity to repair and preserve this historic and iconic building.

FLORENCE — Water continues to seep through the roof of the Frank Lloyd Wright Rosenbaum House, leaving stains on ceilings and causing parts of the historic home's interior to sag.

Just a bit of clarification while the webmasters tweak the webpage. The Rosenbaum House WILL BE OPEN Friday July 3rd and Sunday July 5th.
We WILL NOT BE OPEN on Saturday July 4th.

The Rosenbaum House will be closed Friday June 19th in order to observe the Juneteenth Holiday. We will reopen Saturday June 20th at 10:00 AM.

Contractor Spotlight: Chandler Painting Co.
The workers from Chandler Painting Co. were on site at the F.L.W. Rosenbaum House in April. It took them several days to complete the task as well as approximately ten gallons of stain. This is part of FAM's efforts to maintain and protect the Frank Lloyd Wright designed house for present and future generations. The workers onsite are as proud of the house as we are and are dedicated to keeping it protected and looking its best.
