🏈🐾 FWE Friday Night Lights! 🐾🏈

Last Friday, Flowood Elementary had a blast at Northwest High School’s football game!

Our 99 Club students and EL students who mastered their proficiency tests were celebrated for their hard work and accomplishments by getting to run onto the field before the game! 🎉 We also had some of our littlest FWE Cougars cheering on the team during the first quarter! 📣🐾

We are so proud of our students and love seeing them shine both in and out of the classroom! What a fun night supporting our Cougars!

🩷 FWE is Going PINK! 🩷

This Friday, October 23, we invite all of our Flowood Elementary Cougars to WEAR PINK in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀
Let's come together to honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, remember those we've lost, and show love and support to all those impacted by breast cancer.

Together, we wear PINK for a purpose! 💕🐾

Comment on this post… who do you wear pink for?

🎉 Congratulations to Flowood Elementary’s 2026–2027 Parent of the Year, Lindsey Killebrew! 🎉

Mrs. Killebrew serves as our PTO President and is always finding ways to make a difference in our school community. Whether she’s running the attendance cart, organizing meals for our staff, or spreading joy in the Cougar costume, she brings enthusiasm, kindness, and a heart for serving others.

She is a wonderful example of what it means to support and uplift our students and staff. We are so grateful for all she does to make Flowood Elementary a special place to learn and grow!

Please join us in celebrating Mrs. Killebrew and this well-deserved honor! 🖤💛
