Last week was a busy one for us! On Wednesday, September 30, we took a little trip up the Muskingum river on the Valley Gem -  a three hour tour. The food was delicious. The views were amazing, and the time we spent together was time well spent!
We also saw a bald eagle take flight in front of us, several turtles, sunning themselves on logs, and a couple blue herons standing at the water’s edge. Then, on Friday, October 2 we visited The Wall That Heals followed by lunch at Defelice. If you haven’t visited the Wall That Heels you have until tomorrow to take it in.  it was a very moving experience for all of us.

Today was produce day. Currently, there is some Corn,cucumbers,eggs and nectarines available. If you’re interested in any of these things come by and get what you need . First come, first served. Back of Center.

It was a busy week last week with produce, bingo, crafts, and a trip to some local farm stands, and of course with a great lunch to Tlaquepaque!

On Tuesday, August 4, we traveled to the Amish Country. We had a nice meal at the  Farmstead, visited a couple thrift stores, stopped at Hershberger’s, the Troyer market, the Walnut Creek store, and finished up at the World‘s largest cuckoo clock in Sugar Creek. It was a great day with good times, good food, laughs and sweet treats!
