Many of you have tried our new water/sewer community payment portal and have told us you like the new system! If you haven't tried it yet, here are some examples of what email billing looks like. One picture shows the bill and the second is the payment confirmation.

If you haven't tried the portal yet, you can pay as a guest or create a customer account. You can get started at the link below!

How to Register: To get started, simply visit https://foleymn.ourcommunityconnect.com and sign up using your account details.

PLEASE NOTE – CURRENT AUTO PAY CUSTOMERS: Your current auto pay will continue to pull your water payments as before unless they are discontinued. If you would like to switch your auto payment to the portal, please contact City Hall to discontinue your current auto pay first to avoid duplicate payments.

No parking on any city street or alley 2:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Nov. 1 - March 31 regardless of weather conditions.

Monthly water bills went out last week!

To pay online, sign up for auto pay, or select email billing, please create your account in our new portal: https://foleymn.ourcommunityconnect.com

Please Note:
🎃 If your account is delinquent, please pay immediately to avoid a possible disruption of services.

🎃 If your account is current, be sure to pay your new water bill in full no later than Oct. 31 to avoid a $25 late charge.

🎃 (Old Portal) Auto Pay Customers: The funds transfer will occur on the 25th day of the month or slide to the next business day if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday.

🎃 (New portal) Auto pay customers can choose a date for the funds transfer. ***Please note - if you want to switch from the old portal to the new portal for auto pay, please contact City Hall to deactivate your old auto pay information.***

Public Works will be flushing the city water system this fall as part of routine maintenance of the water system. If you encounter discolored water during this period, you can run the cold, unsoftened tap for a few minutes to clear it up.

The discoloration is not harmful to humans or animals. The color change is due to water sitting in the larger mains and the iron settles out. The sediment sits on the bottom of the main until the water flow is increased.

The flushing process stirs up the sedimentation in the pipe and the water turns black or brown. This process also cleans out the stagnated water in the mains that have little water usage.
